Yes. Every tier includes edited drone aerials plus edited full-frame HDR photos at no extra charge. Airspace is the only limit: if the property sits in controlled or restricted airspace and authorisation cannot be obtained in time, we tell you before the shoot and cover the exteriors from the ground.

Have the home photo-ready: lights on, blinds open, cars off the driveway, counters clear, toilet lids down, pet bowls and bins out of frame. We do not stage or clean. If the home is not ready and we have to wait or come back, a $100 trip fee applies.

We sell virtual twilight instead: three daytime exteriors converted to a dusk look for $75. It is faster, far cheaper than a second appointment, and it does not depend on the weather. These are digitally enhanced images and should be disclosed as such on the listing.
